What’s Inside the Heelalujah Kit:

Please note: once a parcel leaves our warehouse, Heelalujah will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit. Suggested shipping times can only act as a guide and shipping times can vary depending on locations and circumstances. Once a parcel is in the hands of the postal services we have no control (as much as we wish we did) over delivery time frames. 

Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as Heelalujah cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such Heelalujah will not be able to refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.

Postage costs are not able to be refunded for delayed parcels.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items for change of mind. Once a parcel has been shipped all orders are final.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact our team directly at info@heelalujah.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order with your change request. 

Our team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Please note our warehouse teams work fast and aim to get your parcel dispatched as quickly as possible so sometimes we may not be able to make any changes. 

Once a parcel has been dispatched we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Please note all cancellations carry a 10% restocking fee.

Faulty Products

If you feel the product you have received is faulty, please contact our team directly at info@heelalujah.com.au within 48 hours of your parcel being delivered. 

Please include photos of the item you received and your order number.

Please note a product is considered faulty if there is a breakage or physical fault with the product - not because the product does not meet your expectations.

Please do not dispose of the product, so we can assess your claim. We are unable to assist with items after 48 hours and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

Please note return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once a return parcel is received at our warehouse, our team will assess the item and verify whether it qualifies for a replacement or refund.

 Our team will be able to provide you with the next steps via email for getting your faulty item resolved.

Consumer Guarantees 

Our products come with the consumer guarantees found in the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, including guarantees that the products will be of acceptable quality. The consumer guarantees are not affected by our return policy above.

In the unlikely event that you receive products from us that do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide you with a refund or exchange based on the below:

If we consider that the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product is unsafe, does not fit the description or is not fit for purpose), you can return it and receive your choice of a refund or an exchange

If we consider that the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (eg. the product's packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or use of the product), we will provide you with our choice of a refund or exchange.
Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use,  Australian Consumer Law may not apply, and Heelalujah may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair (if applicable).

Please note that different skin types and conditions may react differently to particular products or ingredients. It is essential to closely review ingredients to help identify sensitivities to ingredients - as individual allergies, perceived results or reactions to a specific ingredient as listed may not be considered a product failure under Australian Consumer Law and Heelalujah may choose not to provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Incorrect Products
It is important to us that you receive your parcel as quickly as possible and in good condition. 

If you have received an incorrect product, please reach out to our team directly at info@heelalujah.com.au within 48 hours of the parcel delivery. Please include photos of the item you received and your order number.

Already seeing results. Don't love the full socks.

Have used this product for only 5 days so far and it already is making my feet really soft. I Didn't really like the feel of the silicone socks. They are difficult to walk in, as it says on the website. They have also overheated my feet. I wear them for around an hour then switch to cotton socks.

Good idea

These socks are a great idea. Unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable in them. They were a bit heavy for me and I felt a bit insecure . I ordered the sockettes and much prefer them.

Soft smooth feet

I was skeptical that this would actually work, but it has. Once or twice a week I pumice my heels, apply the cream and don the socks. I get around the house for a while and when I take them off my feet are softer and smoother. Dry skin has been a perimenopause nightmare for me, but this product has really helped, I’m not embarrassed to show my feet anymore

Love it

Heelalujah balm is amazing as always, only thing with the socks is I wish they were a bit bigger. They are a tight squeeze for my size 11 foot, and the Heelalujah white writing feel straight off the socks when put on feet

Full sock is where it's at!

Don't know about you, but not only my heels look like death... so the full sock has CHANGED MY LIFE! Literally breathed life back into my feet. After a shower and an exfoliation scrub, on goes the balm and the full socks, and then I put on a pair of slides and off I go for the next few hours. Best thing ever! I have finally been able to wear shoes that show my heels, sides of my feet, toes... and not be embarrassed. Love, love, love.
